Gramicci, developer of Natural Performance Technology (NPT) outdoor clothing, has moved to new offices in California. With new personnel in marketing, design and customer service, the new offices provide necessary added space for the growing company.
As part of its Start Somewhere program, Gramicci will begin dyeing and finishing a portion of its products in the United States. With the introduction of its 2011 Replenishmen Program (GRP) for its heritage G-Series products dealers can buy a wider color selection, less units and replenish their stock quickly after seeing what sells best.
Gramicci has developed over 20 proprietary fabrics that are made of materials that are pesticide free, organic or blends of recycled and organic. All of the company’s organic products have received full certification from GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), OE Blended (Organic Exchange for blended fabrics) and OE 100 (Organic Exchange for all organic fabrics). Gramicci is also a fair labor manufacturer assuring fair wages, clean work environments and zero-tolerance child labor policies.
