Nantahala Outdoor Center (NOC) unveiled The North Face retail concept shop on October 22nd. NOC is housing the brand specific shop within its Gatlinburg, Tennessee retail store. The opening was celebrated with free admission for the public and door prizes from The North Face and NOC plus a number of product demonstrations.
The concept shop, which covers 1,000 square feet of space within NOC Gatlinburg, is designed and merchandised by The North Face. Customers at NOC will have the chance to shop for unique and top selling items from the brand plus the mainstays in gear, footwear, outwear and apparel for camping, hiking, running, snow sports and casual wear.
NOC's president and CEO, Sutton Bacon views the shop within the shop as a strong means to reinforce The North Face and NOC's retail partnership. NOC Gatlinburg has a total of 18,000 feet of retail space and is a resource for trips in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The store also provides guided outdoor activities including guided hikes, rafting, fly fishing and paddling instruction.
