Skullcandy has created a virtual dressing room for people to try on some of their new headphone styles. By downloading a plugin on the web browser, the systen uses the computer’s webcam to track the user's eyes and shows live footage of the person wearing a 3-D virtual version of the headphones.

The augmented reality solution allows online shoppers to see how the headphones will look from different angles and in different colors. A technology like this should lend online shoppers a more satisfactory experience because they would already have an idea of the headphones look before receiving the products in the mail.
