The North Face announced its new DryWall tent fabric, which was created with the Japanese mill, Mitsui, and allow for a more waterproff single walll tent costruction. The new technology is available for Spring 2011 in one expedition tent, the Assault 2, and the brand’s new line of Ultra-light singe wall tents and bivies, including the Phoenix 2, Sputnix 2, Asylum Biv and Simple Bivy. The tents have been tested over a twelve-month expedition season by North Face sponsored athletes.
