Singing Rock has announced a preventative recall of the Singing Rock harnesses, Crux, Nara and Nemo. There are less than 95 of these harnesses remaining in the hands of U.S. consumers after the recovery efforts of Liberty Mountain, the U.S. distributor of Singing Rock.

The defect, which can potentially cause a weakened waist belt, was identified during regular internal quality inspections. Up to now there are no reports of problems from users.

The lot number can be found on the label as pictured below and is either the 7 digits in the larger lot number. Compare these 7 digits with the list of numbers given below. In the case of a match, return the product to Liberty Mountain as directed below.

Singing Rock has immediately changed the construction of the stitching for the CRUX and made other construction changes to the NARA and NEMO to avoid possible safety hazards.

Since word of this recall reached Liberty Mountain, we have enacted our internal recall protocol and have contacted every customer who has purchased any of these three harnesses.  At this time we have been able to account for all but 95 harnesses affected by this recall.

PLEASE RETURN THE HARNESSES FOR REPLACEMENT WITH A NEW HARNESS.
