Confluence Watersports has named Kaustubh Deshpande the new Vice President and Chief Financial Operator for the multi-brand paddlesports company. Deshpande will lead the finance and accounting departments.

With extensive experience in many aspects of operations, Deshpande brings a comprehensive view of financial leadership. His command of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and track record of successful implementations in complex manufacturing environments will be critical in helping Confluence build and maintain its supporting infrastructure.

Deshpande spent 10 years with Piper Aircraft, most recently as the senior director of financial planning and corporate treasurer. Prior to that, he worked with the consulting firm, ISI, and TATA Iron and Steel Company. He and his family will relocate to Greenville, S.C. this summer.
