Polartec CEO Andrew J. Vecchione Steps Down

Andrew J. Vecchione announced that he will step down from his position as President and CEO of Polartec, LLC effective upon the appointment of his successor. Vecchione, who was at the company three years before becoming CEO, will remain with the company as a senior advisor, Board of Directors member and equity participant.

The company has retained the firm of Korn/Ferry International to conduct the executive search process and anticipates that a new CEO will be on board by the end of this year.
