Isis has completed its move to reside alongside American Rec's other outdoor brands in Boulder, Colorado. The new location currently houses American Rec’s product development, marketing, and management team, thus providing Isis with a full range of new resources and benefits. The transition also correlates with changes to American Rec’s sales and management structure including delineation of the company’s apparel (ISIS, Sierra Designs Apparel and Royal Robbins) and the equipment brands (Kelty, Sierra Designs Equipment, and Slumberjack) for heightened focus and strategic direction.

American Rec is also welcoming Kelly Gorder as Isis’ new brand vice president. Gorder, formerly of SmartWool, brings an extensive background as a product and merchandise manager as well as director of sales and key accounts.

Completing the full transition and establishing an accomplished team, American Rec has also appointed Gwyn Benedict as national sales manager and Sue Timbo as director of marketing.

The transition is married with the debut of the new Spring ’12 collection which includes fresh colorways, new technical fabrics, and innovative product updates. The Spring ’12 collection will also include the highly anticipated release of ISIS’ new engineered bras that will provide high-impact support for C and D+ cup sizes.
