As Outdoor Research celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2011, the company has launched a new website to serve as a global brand platform. It was developed with Chicago-based web development agency Gorilla to provide a stronger brand experience, detailed product information, additional tools to help navigate the product collection, and greater social media integration.
Using the Magento web application, the new platform features web sites specifically for the U.S., Canada, Japan and Government markets. Outdoor Research plans to create more regional sites for other international markets in the next year.
