The National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) has been recognized with an award for promoting sustainable tourism in Chile. The National Secretariat commended the organization and praised the positive impact its graduates have had when presenting the award to Rachael Price, the Director of NOLS Patagonia. Price highlighted that over the past two decades, NOLS has been teaching hundreds of Chileans through its wilderness courses, Spanish program courses, Leave No Trace ethics, Instructor In-Training program and Wilderness Medicine Institute Curriculum.
