Leatherman Tool Group, Inc. Acquires Pocket Tool X

Leatherman Tool Group, Inc. (LTG) has acquired the Pocket Tool X (PTX) Company, manufacturer of the single-piece multi-tools. LTG began selling the PTX tools in August under the Leatherman brand name, but continued using existing PTX model names. The tools are available through current Leatherman multi-tool retail and distribution channels as well as online.
